Bethlehem House is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead the organization through its next stage of growth and development. This individual will oversee strategic planning, fundraising, community engagement, and organizational advancement to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.
We’re looking for a relationship-driven leader with strong development experience, a passion for mission-centered work, and the ability to inspire others to invest in our vision.

We provide pregnant women in crisis, regardless of their faith preference, with a home, hope and empowerment through life-affirming services rooted in Catholic tradition.
