Family Life
Program
Empowering Pregnant Women and their Families with Education and Mentorship
Bethlehem House can assist up to 10 women, 19 and older with no other children in her custody, during pregnancy and beyond.
Our Family Life Program is free of charge. Women live in our dorm-style residence on average 12 months and receive housing, transportation and a full curriculum of classes. Case management and referrals to many community partners is also part of our program. Since opening in 2005, nearly 700 women have been a part of our mission.
The objective of the program is to develop individual strengths through education and mentorship, with an emphasis on the following:
Financial Literacy
Health and Wellness
Sexual Integrity
Parenting
Life Coaching
Conquering Co-Dependency
Domestic Violence awareness and support
Addiction and Recovery services
Workforce and Job Training
Cooking and Meal Planning
Spiritual and Faith Formation

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
All residents have regular access to empathetic and trauma-sensitive staff, which includes specialists in social work, nursing, grief counseling, faith formation, addiction and recovery. Residents also enjoy relationships with visiting nurses and therapists, which help families improve their physical and mental health trajectory.
This is very much a family-oriented atmosphere. There is also plenty of time for having fun and being social with others.
Program Eligibility
